Online Surveys


Panel Services Africa delivers rapid research results. It's rare for a project to last more than 5 days from start to finish and our clients value our ability to produce quality results cost effectively and at a sprint.

Our clients bring us research problems they wish to solve. We discuss and finalise a suitable research methodology (usually a questionnaire), decide who (and how many) people we need to canvas and then invite them to complete an online survey.

Commissioned Surveys


If you have 5 or more questions, then you can commission a full Online Panel Project from us. We can either send it to our online panel, or if you have a list of people you would like to complete the survey (a CRM list, for example) then we can create a panel with your list.

We will programme the questionnaire into an online format, load names and panellist details into our system (if you have your own list), send out the invitations to complete the survey, monitor the survey in real time and deliver the survey results in any format you would like, once complete.

We also manage reports on bounce backs, unsubscribes, email and telephone responses

We can provide daily, or hourly, updates on the completion rate of your survey. These can be sent in the form of graphs and tables and can measure completion rate according to age, gender, race, LSM and so forth.

Online Panel Management


We handle all Panel Relationship Management, from the recruitment and communication to panellist support, incentive management and payment.

For each panel, we create a panellist portal, which allows panellists to log in with a user name and password, and then view and update their personal and banking details, as well as send and receive information and news related to the panel and the surveys they complete.

These panellist portals can by be customised to clients requirements.

Should you require an exclusive panel, which you would like to be contacted only for your surveys, we would design a specialised recruitment programme specifically for your needs, including the use of lists of names and email addresses that you may have access to.

We would undertake all panellist relationship management and support, including incentive management. We would also design and build a panellist portal to your specifications that is connected to the database in order to allow panellists to manage their own details and provide feedback.

We would also programme your questionnaires, monitor the surveys in real time and deliver the results in an easily understandable format once complete.

All of our communications and contact with prospective and current panellists comply with ESOMAR and SAMRA laws regarding the privacy of information and online panel research.

Client Portals


The establishment of a Client portal enables the client to monitor the progress of their surveys, in real time 24/7.

The detail presented in the client portal for each project includes an overview of the survey progress – how many completes, how many respondents have started but not completed the survey yet, and how many panellists are busy filling out the questionnaire at that exact point in time. In addition to this, graphs and tables can be constructed that are automatically updated, in the client portal. These can show the breakdown of the completion rate according to gender, age, race, LSM, province and so forth.

This means you have the full picture of all projects at all times.
